Recruiting

Some states require drive time between clients be paid
Federal law does not allow for a tech/RBT to be in independent contractor
All hourly employees must be paid for all hours worked – billable or not
Some states require employees be paid a minimum of 2 hours of ½ of their scheduled session time when cancellations occur enroute, upon arrival or during the session
